UN to send a mission to Darfur for assessing UNAMID performance

Al-Fasher, (SUNA)-The United Nations said it will dispatch a mission within the coming weeks to Darfur to conduct a comprehensive evaluation for work of the peacekeeping forces of the Joint United Nations -African Union Mission in Darfur(UNAMID) as well as holding deliberation on ways of reducing of Mission forces at request of the Government of Sudan.

Khartoum (smc) - First stage cost for rehabilitation project for Blue Nile state was estimated for SDG 286.77 m. The project consists of rehabilitation of water networks building roads installation of electric power stations and establishing of basic schools.

Khartoum, (SUNA) The Independent Expert for Human Rights in Sudan, Mohamed Osman Chandi, met Wednesday evening at Rotana Hotel in Khartoum with the Chairperson and members of the Sudan National Commission for Human Rights.
Sudan vision - Khartoum – Mother and Childhood Council Secretary-General, Gamar Habbani affirmed that the birth registration is the top of children rights according to international law which stipulates the right of the child in the name, identity and nationality.
